I was so excited to get my hot little hands on this release from Tiffany Reisz. Yet more proof of her versatility as a writer, this erotic romance is on the more vanilla end of the scale, but don’t be fooled – it’s still scorching hot! It’s the first book in her Men at Work mini-series, featuring men that have manual jobs. This book tells the tale of a woman who’s had a horrific shock en-route to her brother’s wedding back home in Portland, but is distracted from her misery by the surprise reappearance of an old friend.
I was drawn into the action immediately, and quickly liked the lead female character, Joey. And when we meet the lead male, Chris… well, let’s just say it’s easy to see why she’s got the hots for him!
This book is an easy read, and has a great balance between character, sex and plot. The secondary characters are fantastic, too. Totally engaging, totally sexy and totally satisfying, I’d definitely recommend this book to those that enjoy erotic romances, particularly featuring gorgeous men that are good with their hands. I’m very much looking forward to the next book in the series!
