When I was younger, I would picture my future as an author. I thought about how I’d take my time to make the perfect cup of espresso, take it to my spacious office with my antique typewriter, and spend all day crafting words into magical, engaging stories.

Writing erotic PNR
Although authoring erotic paranormal romances has become one of my fave subgenres, my writing career didn’t start out that way. In the beginning, I veered toward thrillers where there was a romantic connection between the hero and heroine. The romance was secondary to the story, kind of like a bonus or the cherry on top of a sundae.
As I explored different subgenres, I noticed I had a talent for humor, especially in dialogue. With that in mind, I next delved into contemporary romcoms. Still a favorite of mine.
